New works in this exhibit, The Silent World, capture split seconds in the experience of freediving. These works use intricate textures and patterns to portray the choreography of underwater life and the movement of light through water. The viewer is prompted to consider that humans can, albeit briefly, join the dance and be a part of an underwater world that is anything but silent.
